Collections can sometimes take longer to arrange unlike collecting parcels in the UK. For shipments been collected from countries outside the EU, the sender will need to have 4 copies of a customs form ready for the driver on collection. Depending on the service you maybe emailed labels to have ready at the collection point. Some import services need to collected from business addresses but we will advise you if this is the case in advance.
You can book the service through the website price calculator but if you prefer, you can email the full collection/delivery addresses with contact names and phone numbers. We would also need to know the contents and value. Parcelflight would then contact you for payment and with the confirmation of the price.
